It may be that VAT has been charged on your order while you have entered a VAT number, or an incorrect VAT number. This is of course very annoying, which is why we would like to resolve this with you as soon as possible. Here's how we do it:
You contact us so that we know about the situation. Then you give us the correct VAT number.
We create a new order for you and send you the payment link for it, this time without the VAT.
When the payment has reached us correctly we will credit the first order with the VAT levied.
