I ordered the wrong products and want to return them

It is of course possible that you have ordered a product, but find out upon arrival that you have ordered the wrong size, for example, you have changed your mind, or that the product is simply not to your expectations. In this case, you have the right to return within a period of 14 days after receiving the package without giving reasons. The revocation period expires 14 days from the day you received the order.

If you return the package, it is important that you enclose the packing slip, so that we know who sent the package.
Once the package is received we will check it within 3 days and credit the purchase price.

 

I have ordered the wrong products and want to exchange them

Would you like to exchange a product? Send the product back to us. Meanwhile, place a new order immediately, (due to delivery time and stock, this is the most efficient way). We will credit the purchase price within 3 days. With conventional exchanges, it usually takes up to 3 weeks before you finally receive the correct product.

I have received an incorrect/defective part and would like to exchange it

We always strive to give you, our valued customer, the best possible service. Unfortunately, in some cases it may happen that an error is made in our order processing process and you do not receive the correct product. In this case you may fill out the contact form below. We will contact you by email as soon as possible to provide the best solution for you.
